CrossFit Level 1 Trainer/Coach

I am a stay-at-home mom of 3 pretty awesome kids: Jack (10), Emily (9) and my baby, Kevin (6). When Kevin was about 9 months old, I had this moment, while looking at my large butt in the mirror, where I knew I needed to make a change!  I was 220 pounds, yes, 220!!  To say the least, I was miserable and decided to start my journey to fitness and I haven’t looked back!  While every day is a struggle, I fight the fight.  I live and breathe fitness. I enjoy the sweat, the hard work, and the aches and pains; I feel again.  Fitness allows me to take care of my body and my mind.  It is so much more to me than being skinny or looking good in a bikini; it’s about being comfortable in my own skin and accepting myself for who I am no matter what the scale says.

I PROMISE if you put in the hard work you will feel the same and physical results will follow.  I’m just a gal like everyone else, if I can do it, so can you!!  Don’t think, just do!   I WANT TO INSPIRE PEOPLE.  I WANT SOMEONE TO LOOK AT ME AND SAY “BECAUSE OF YOU, I DIDN’T GIVE UP!”
