CURRENT CROSSFITTER

If you are a current CrossFitter looking for a new box, come in a give us a try for a free week of which you are able to attend our PR60, PR45, PRBURN, and PR30 classes, no strings attached. We feel this is the best way for you to experience firsthand if our box is compatible with your needs with regards to schedule, programming, community, facility etc.
Fill out the online waiver below. Once filled, arrive 5-10 minutes before your CrossFit class time of choice and let the coach know you have filled out the online waiver and inform them you are here for the 1 week CrossFit free trial. Please view schedule page for all class options.

NEWBIE / NON-CROSSFITTER

If you are new and have never done CrossFit classes, we recommend you try our BootFit program for a free week of PRBURN and PR30 classes, no strings attached. This is a great way to experience our BootFit program. Our BootFit program is a standalone program, as well as a program we use to segway into our CrossFit program. We feel this is the best way for you to experience firsthand if our box is compatible with your needs with regards to schedule, programming, community, facility etc.
