Yoga started for Tom as a way to get more flexible and enhance his Filipino Martial Arts training through various forms of breath and movement Yoga has to offer.

Tom continues to be an avid student and teaches the Filipino Martial Arts program at Crossfit Park Ridge through Kali Center.

Tom links Filipino Martial Arts principles with Vinyasa Yoga to bring full body Yoga classes for active recovery and cross training.
