I have been doing CrossFit for 9 years and have been coaching at CrossFit Park Ridge for almost 3 years.

I love helping others achieve whatever goals they may have, because I once was that member scared to start Crossfit and wanting to lose weight. Along with running , Crossfit and a good nutrition I have been able to lose 50 pounds and at age 40 I am feeling AMAZING.
