Thanks for your interest in our CrossFit community. If you’ve made it to this page, congratulations!! You're one step closer to a stronger and healthier you. You owe it to yourself to continue through these steps of health. We promise you will not be in this alone. Our community is like a big strong wave that will take you to a place you never thought possible. REMEMBER, CrossFit is scalable for everyone and that includes you.
Step 1: C’mon in and introduce yourself to us. Join us for a special newbie “WOD”; that’s our lingo for a “Workout of the Day”. Meet other crossfiters, get a feel for our/your community. Come in your work out clothes. Check out the schedule page for "FREE CLASS" schedules.
(Please inform us via phone, email, or in person a few days before if you plan on attending the free class so we may plan the class size accordingly.) Please bring a friend!
- Step 2: Sign up for membership. Choose from our different membership packages that will best suit your needs.

- Step 3: Foundations: So, You are now signed up. You will be required to participate for 1 month under our BootFit program. You should attempt to attend our BootFit program 3x /week for a month and this is meant to get you ready to move into the CrossFit Program. After the 1 month of BootFit you will then undergo three (3) Foundations classes which are ran on the 2nd and 4th week of each month. M-W-F at 5:30PM-6:45PM. After the 3 foundations classes you will now be ready and more confident to start attending the regular CrossFit classes.
There is a one time 100$ charge for the 3 day Foundations class.
