Thanks for your interest in our Fitness community. If you’ve made it to this page, congratulations!! You're one step closer to a stronger and healthier you. You owe it to yourself to continue through these steps of health. We promise, you will not be in this alone. Our community is like a big strong wave that will take you to a place you never thought possible. REMEMBER, CrossFit is scalable for everyone and that includes you.

 

 

CURRENT CROSSFITER:

If you are a current CrossFitter looking for a new box. Come in a give us a try for a full 1 week Free Trial of our CF classes, not strings attached. We feel this is the best way for you to experience firsthand if our box is compatible with your needs with regards to schedule, programming, community, facility etc.

 

Fill up waiver located on right side of this page. Either print it out or do the online waiver. Once filled, arrive 5-10 minutes before your CF class time of choice and let the coach know you have filled the online waiver or hand them the paper waiver and inform them you are doing the 1 week free trial. Please view schedule page for CrossFit schedule.

Only current crossfiters may try crossfit classes.

 

 

Newbie/  Non-CrossFitter:

If you are new and have never done CrossFit we recommend you try our BootFit program for a full Free 1 week trial. No strings attached. This is a great way to experience our BootFit program. Our BootFit program is a standalone program as well as a program we use to segway into our CrossFit program if interested in CF but not required as the BootFit as mentioned is an independent program.

Try it out for a full free 1 week to know if this program is what you were looking for. We suggest you come as often during the week to get a good feel for the program.
